HighPoint GRC professional services team will instruct your designated users of HighPoint™ Enterprise on how to administer and enhance the application; including setting up risk and control structures, key operational uses, maintenance, training, knowledge transfer, and cross functional mapping. After the implementation is complete, we have a formal close-out meeting to smoothly transition the project to your team and provide support contact information
